Lake Rush in southwest Oklahoma is located just west of Medicine Park. Lake Rush has around mile of shoreline and 51 surface acres. There is a lot to do around this little lake, including plently of hiking, fishing, and camping located inside the Refuge. Drive or hike up to the top of Mt. Scott, or one of the other peaks inside the Wichita Moutains Wildlife Refuge.
The information below covers the entire refuge, not just this lake. Some of the items below might be at other locations away from this lake, but inside the refuge.
*This lake is currently drained as of 5/27/2012 for repairs.
